Privacy Policy / Gizlilik Politikası
Amerikailanlar is operated by Boonos LLC. This policy explains what we collect and why. Last updated: October 30, 2026.
What we collect
- Account info: email, name, and phone number if you verify it.
- Listings you post, messages you send and listings you save.
- Payment records (card details are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number).
- Basic usage data such as listing views.
Business directory
Free business pages show only public business information (name, type, city, phone, hours). When an owner claims a page, we collect the business email used for the verification code, or — if they ask us to call — their name, phone number and email, only to verify ownership. Business owners can ask us to correct or remove their page at any time.
Signing in with Google
If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares only your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use them only to create and secure your account and to contact you about your listings and messages. We do not access your Gmail, contacts, files or anything else in your Google account, and we never sell or share Google user data. You can remove our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Services we use
We use trusted providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and login), Resend (email), Stripe (payments) and Google (sign-in). They process data only to provide these services to us.
How we use it
To run the site, review listings, prevent fraud, send emails you asked for (receipts, messages, alerts, the weekly digest) and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Your contact details
You choose whether your phone or email is shown on a listing. You can always use in-site messages instead.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your listings, unsubscribe from emails, and delete your account at any time from your Profile page, or by emailing us. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, listings and messages.
Cookies & site statistics
We use essential cookies for login and language, and a random visitor id to count visits and see which pages are used. We record your approximate city (from your connection) but never store your IP address, and we don't use third-party ad trackers.
Children
The site is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
