Subscription Terms / Abonelik Şartları
These terms apply to two optional subscriptions from Boonos LLC: the Amerikailanlar Business plan (unlimited listings) and the Featured Business plan in our Turkish business directory. Regular listing fees (1 week, 1 month, featured, listing packs) are one-time payments and never renew automatically. Last updated: October 30, 2026.
1. What you get
The Business plan is for realtors, employers and businesses that post often. It includes unlimited listings while the plan is active (each listing is still reviewed before going live) and a business badge on your profile.
1a. Featured Business plan (business directory)
For owners who have claimed their business page. Adds Google Maps location, directions, open/closed label, top placement, verified badge, photos, WhatsApp/website/Instagram links, booking link, menu, offers, delivery links, tags and monthly statistics. Price: $9.99 per month or $79.00 per year, billed in advance and renewed automatically until cancelled. If you cancel, Featured stays active until the end of the paid period and your page then returns to the free Basic plan — it is not deleted.
1b. “Türkiye'den Gelsin” plan
For sellers in Türkiye. Price: $9.99 per month or $79.00 per year, renewed automatically until cancelled. This category is always paid (no free promotions). Your page is reviewed before it goes live; if you cancel, it stays live until the end of the paid period and is then unpublished.
2. Price and billing
The plan costs $29.99 per month (US dollars, plus any applicable tax). You are charged when you subscribe and then automatically every month on the same date until you cancel. The price and renewal date are shown before you pay and on your Billing page. If the price changes, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies.
3. Automatic renewal
By subscribing you authorize Boonos LLC to charge your card through Stripe each month until you cancel. We send an email receipt for every charge.
4. How to cancel
Cancel anytime at Account → Packs & plan → Manage billing (opens Stripe's secure billing page, where you click “Cancel plan”), or email orders@amerikailanlar.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
5. Refunds
Monthly charges are not refunded for partial months. If you were charged after you cancelled, or charged by mistake, email us within 30 days and we will refund it in full. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry it. If it still fails, the plan ends and your live listings stay up until their own end date.
