Amerikailanlar (amerikailanlar.com) is owned and operated by Boonos LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. Last updated: October 30, 2026.

1. The service

Amerikailanlar lets people post and browse classified listings. We are not a party to any deal between users and do not guarantee any listing, item, job or person.

1a. What we charge for

Amerikailanlar is a classifieds (listing) site. Boonos LLC only charges advertising fees: posting a listing, featured placement, bumps, listing packs and the Business plan. We do not process, hold or guarantee payments between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, or employers and workers. Any payment for an item, rent, deposit, service or job is made directly between users, outside of Amerikailanlar, at their own risk. Our refund policy covers only the fees you paid us — not money paid to another user.

2. Posting rules

Listings must be accurate, legal and posted in the right category.
Not allowed: adult or sexual content and services, weapons and ammunition, drugs, alcohol/tobacco/vapes, stolen or counterfeit goods, fake documents, scams and money schemes, gambling, hate or discrimination. The full list is on the posting rules page.
Fair housing: housing, rental and roommate listings must follow the US Fair Housing Act and state law. You may not state a preference, limit or exclusion based on race, color, religion, national origin (including “Turks only” or “no foreigners”), sex, disability or familial status (“no kids”). Shared-living roommate listings may state a gender preference.
Fair employment: job listings may not exclude applicants based on race, color, religion, national origin, citizenship (beyond legal work authorization), sex, age, disability or other protected status, and must state real pay. Language requirements are allowed only when truly needed for the job (for example “Turkish speaking a plus”).
We may edit, reject or remove any listing and suspend any account, and may report illegal content to the authorities.

3. Fees and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Posting fees are one-time charges, collected before review and processed securely by Stripe. If we reject your listing, the fee is refunded in full automatically. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, post a listing or pay. By using the site you confirm you are 18 or older. Accounts we believe belong to minors will be closed.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post and give us permission to display and share it (including on our social media channels) to promote your listing.

5a. Turkish business directory (“Yakınımdaki Türk İşletmeleri”)

Basic pages are free. We may list a business using basic, publicly available facts (name, type, city, phone, hours) so the community can find it. We do not copy photos, reviews or descriptions from other websites.
Claiming. An owner can claim a page either with a code sent to an email address on the business's own domain, or by asking our team to call and verify ownership. Claiming a business that is not yours, or giving false information, is prohibited and will result in removal and account closure.
Removal. A business may ask us to remove or correct its page at any time by using the “Request removal” link or emailing us. We act on valid requests promptly.
Featured plan. Owners can subscribe to the optional Featured plan (monthly or yearly), which adds map location, directions, open/closed label, photos, links, menu, offers, top placement and statistics. It renews automatically until cancelled — see our Subscription Terms. Featured placement is an advertisement; it is not a review, rating or endorsement by us.
Owner content. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their page (address, hours, prices, offers, photos) and must have the rights to any photos they upload. We may edit or remove content that breaks these terms.

5b. “Türkiye'den Gelsin” (sellers in Türkiye)

This is a paid advertising category for makers and sellers based in Türkiye. It is never free, including during promotions, and requires an active monthly or yearly plan. Pages are reviewed before they go live and are unpublished when the plan ends.
Sellers are solely responsible for their products being legal to sell and import into the United States, for customs, duties, labeling, product safety and (for food) FDA requirements, and for shipping and returns.
All sales, payments and shipping happen directly between seller and buyer. Boonos LLC does not process payments between them, does not guarantee any product or seller, and is not a party to any sale.

6. Our role and liability

We are a platform that hosts listings posted by users. We do not own, inspect or sell the items, homes or jobs listed, and we are not responsible for the actions of users. Meet in public, never send money in advance, and report anything suspicious. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Boonos LLC is registered.
