Refund & Cancellation Policy / İade ve İptal Politikası

Amerikailanlar is operated by Boonos LLC. This policy explains how to cancel and when fees are refunded. Last updated: October 30, 2026.

Important: this policy covers only the listing and advertising fees you paid to Amerikailanlar. We do not take part in payments between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, or employers and workers, so we cannot refund money you paid to another user. If you were scammed by another user, report the listing and contact your bank and local police.

1. Rejected listings: 100% refund

Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. If we reject your listing, the full fee is refunded automatically to the card you paid with. You don't need to ask. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

2. Charged by mistake

If you were charged twice, or charged for something you didn't order, email orders@amerikailanlar.com within 30 days and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

3. Listings that went live

Once your listing is approved and published, the service has been delivered, so the fee is not refundable. This includes renewals, “bump to top” and featured placement after they start. If a technical problem on our side kept your listing from showing, contact us and we will extend it or refund the unused part.

4. Listing packs

Unused credits from a listing pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already used are not refundable. Credits do not expire.

4a. Featured Business plan

Monthly Featured payments are not refunded for partial months. Yearly Featured payments can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if you change your mind; after that, unused time is not refunded. Charges made after you cancelled, or by mistake, are always refunded in full.

4b. “Türkiye'den Gelsin”

If we reject your page during review, your payment is refunded in full automatically. Monthly payments are not refunded for partial months; yearly payments can be refunded in full within 14 days if the page has not received orders through us (we don't handle orders, so this simply means within 14 days of purchase).

5. Removed for breaking the rules

If a live listing is removed because it breaks our posting rules or terms (for example prohibited items, scams or discrimination), no refund is given.

6. Free listings and coupons

Listings posted for free or with a 100% coupon have no charge, so there is nothing to refund. Partly discounted listings are refunded for the amount actually paid.

7. Cancelling

Before review: if your listing is still waiting for review, you can cancel it from My account or by emailing us, and the fee is refunded in full.
After it goes live: you can delete or mark your listing as sold/rented anytime from My account. The listing comes down right away; the fee is not refunded because the service was delivered.
Business plan: cancel anytime from Account → Packs & plan → Manage billing. It stays active until the end of the paid month and is not charged again. See Subscription Terms.
Your account: you can delete your account anytime from your Profile page.

8. How to ask for a refund

Email orders@amerikailanlar.com with the email address you used and the listing title. We reply within 2 business days. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Bu politika sadece bize ödediğin ilan/reklam ücretlerini kapsar. Kullanıcılar arasındaki ödemelere aracılık etmiyoruz; başka bir kullanıcıya ödediğin parayı iade edemeyiz.
İlanın reddedilirse ücretin tamamı otomatik iade edilir (bankana göre 5–10 iş günü).
Yanlışlıkla iki kez ücret alındıysa 30 gün içinde yaz, tamamını iade ederiz.
Yayına giren ilanlarda hizmet verilmiş sayılır, iade yapılmaz. Bizden kaynaklı bir sorun olursa süreyi uzatır veya kullanılmayan kısmı iade ederiz.
Paketteki kullanılmamış krediler 14 gün içinde iade edilebilir.
Öne Çıkan İşletme: aylık ödemelerde kısmi ay iadesi yok; yıllık ödemede ilk 14 gün içinde tam iade.
Kurallara aykırı olduğu için kaldırılan ilanlarda iade yapılmaz.
İptal: incelemedeki ilanı iptal edersen ücretin tamamı iade edilir. Yayındaki ilanı istediğin zaman silebilirsin (iade yapılmaz). İşletme planını istediğin zaman iptal edebilirsin; ödenen ayın sonuna kadar aktif kalır.
